The owner of Gauchos and Suzette Crepes on Lowell Street in Manchester is planning a second location in Nashua. They hope to open Suzette Crepes and Waffles by the end of the first week in January and Gauchos a little later in the month. This will be located on Elm Street near the parking garage.
For anyone familiar with their Queen City spot, both of the concepts are housed in the same space that they plan to continue in Nashua. These seem to complement each other well with one focused on the breakfast crowd and the other lunch and dinner. Crepes have become increasingly popular and Gauchos offers a unique experience that has slow cooked meats on metal sticks.
In addition to the obvious, Suzette Crepes and Waffles menu items also includes sandwiches. expresso and smoothies. They are open from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm Wednesday to Sunday. Gauchos offers lunch Monday to Saturday 11:30 am to 2:00 pm and dinner is 4:00 to 10:00 pm. Sunday is brunch 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and dinner 4:00 to 9:00 pm. The last seating is an hour before closing. Lastly, there is a Starbucks Cafe with hours 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
