The plan is to renovate the space and turn it into the Noodle Bar offering ramen, bao, and sake. They hope to open sometime in March with changes to include new decor and painting.
We are most excited about the bao that are steamed buns. Having eaten them once before they are delicious and I can not wait to try their version. The noodles will have a homemade broth along with fresh vegetables.
It is our understanding that the same owners that ran Gale Motor Company are handling this new venture.
