Brookside Grill Is On The Way In Shirley

There is a new family restaurant opening in Shirley, MA. The Brookside Grill is on the way.

They will be at 7 Maine Street where Panda Chinese and Great Wall were previously located. Apparently, the owners are going even further back in time to a store that was here a long ago under the name Brockelman’s. This was a popular local gathering place that they hope to emulate today in the form of a restaurant.

This area of Massachusetts has become a hotbed for new restaurants. About 15 minutes away in Groton, there have been a number of recent or planned openings. The Groton House Pub & Eatery is on Lovers Lane, Forge & Vine at The Groton Inn and The Station House on Station Avenue. Now, we can add Brookside Grill to the list.

In terms of the menu, we understand cooked from scratch breakfast items are planned. No opening date has been set at this time.
