Fuse Bistro to open second location in Westford

The owners of Fuse Bistro in Lowell just announced plans for a second restaurant in Westford. There was no specific estimate on timing only that they hope to open soon.

The previous home of Belle's Bistro, the space has been empty for a long time. They have already begun work based on the ladder you can see on the outside.
