The bakery received their permit recently and you can see some of the first batch of desserts below:
We are not sure about starting a new business in the Steeplegate Mall especially when the trend is for online buying instead of mall shopping. On the positive side, there is a need for a decent Italian bakery. If the quality is top notch and everything made fresh daily then they should do okay no matter where they are.
