There is a new Mexican restaurant opening in Merrimack at the former location of Wendy’s. For anyone familiar with the area, this is near the Common Man.
To be named, Don Ramon, they have started renovations on the property. There was very little additional details available, only the coming soon sign out front.
The loser in all of this could be Tortilla Flat on Daniel Webster Highway who had Merrimack all to themselves in terms of Mexican food for a long time. Then a second competitor came to town, El Tapatio on Milford Road and now there is one more on the way. If the restaurant does well Tortilla Flat might see a downturn in business. Not only because everyone wants to try something new but also for the possibility of better quality food.
