Cheddar and Rye in Manchester Open For Grilled Cheese With Whiskey On The Way

We just found out about this one, Cheddar and Rye in Manchester is partly open.

The Cheddar in the name stands for grilled cheese and the Rye for the whiskey bar. They started service on the sandwich side with a soft opening last week and are planning a grand opening next week. The alcohol venue is going to take a little longer and is still under construction. Please remember that they are most likely testing things out during the soft opening phase.

You can take a grilled cheese to go or create your own, soup is also available. They hope to post a menu online soon. Hours are Wednesday through Monday 8:30 am to 9:00 pm. 

Cheddar & Rye is jumping in on the trend of new whiskey oriented dining establishments. We have Whiskey and Wine in Concord while Keene has Tillie’s. Thinking there will be more in the future.
