Greenleaf To Open In Milford

A new restaurant is opening soon in Milford, Greenleaf is on the way.

This one has been in the works for a while but for those who are not aware, Greenleaf is the creation and vision of owners Chris Viaud and Keith Sarasin who both bring extensive culinary experience to the business.

Their dining establishment will focus on a farm to table concept.  Plan to see the menu change seasonally with ingredients that are fresh and available depending on the time of year. Chris and Keith go above and beyond the typical supplier relationship by having their employees spend time at the farms that are providing the food.  A 12 seat bar is part of the mix with their full menu offered.  You can also feast on their multi-course chef’s table tasting menu.  Additionally, expect to find fresh bread made in-house.

The location is at the Souhegan National Bank building at 54 Nashua Street. Their name comes from Luther Greenleaf who was an architect and worked on the structure back in the early 1900s.

Renovations are near completion and they hope to open Greenleaf toward the end of April or beginning of May.  NH Reviews wishes them success with their new venture.
