Roost To Open In Dover

We just heard about this one on the seacoast.  Word on the street is that a new restaurant is opening in Dover,  Roost is on the way.

This is the second dining establishment for the owners of Blue Latitudes.  It is our understanding that the location is in a mixed-use development at 50 Pointe Place.

These properties that include everything you need in one place are popping up all over the place.  Just over the border in Kittery, Maine, there is Landmark Hill Square and in Londonderry, NH we have Woodmont Commons that is so massive the project is going to take several years to complete.

Roost should benefit from this trend. Retail stores are combined with apartments, condos, and houses to ease the stress in our busy lives.  Any businesses that lease a space in these developments can expect a reliable source of customers living nearby.

Having run the successful restaurant Blue Latitudes at 431 Central Avenue since 2004, the owners are building on their past experience.   For them, the timing couldn’t be better and with Pointe Place, they have hopefully picked a winning site for their business.  NH Reviews will provide more details when available.   We wish them good luck as they move forward.
