Capital Thai Kitchen And Bar Just Opened In Exeter

This one is for any Thai food fans on the Seacoast. Capital Thai Kitchen and Bar just opened yesterday. They replaced the Penang Tokyo Restaurant & Lounge on Water Street.


Their menu has appetizers such as blossom dumplings, brussel sprouts, corn fritters, and steamed pork belly bun. Soups and salads are also available along with different types of noodles and fried rice.

Signature dishes include three flavored seafood, duck breast, grilled marinated rib eye and mixed vegetable tofu. Thai street food has for starters moo ping, quail eggs, crispy quail, kanom jeeb, and fried calamari. Plates are boat noodles, Chinese broccoli, kha-pow gai sap, cashew crispy chicken, papaya salad, khao soi, nam khao tod, and sai oua. Additional items are noodle soups, sides, and desserts.  You can pick your degree of spiciness on some options.  Choose from coward, careful, adventuresome and native Thai.  Lunch specials are also available. 


Hours are Monday and Tuesday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Wednesday through Saturday 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Closed Sunday.
