This is the second dining establishment for the organization that already has the Gale Motor Eatery in Manchester. They are still trying to figure out the menu but we understand that it may be similar to their other location with tapas and could include sushi.
You may be wondering what happened to the Gale Motor Pitstop that was in Litchfield and unfortunately they have closed. Probably a good idea by the owners to focus their efforts on a new spot that has a much higher flow of potential customers.
Finally what we all hoped for in Concord. First there was Revival Kitchen & Bar, then Noodles and Pearls and now Whiskey and Wine. Plenty of new places to eat that are not chains. Small business owners spending money and taking a chance on the Capital Region. Please patronize these establishments so the food train of new restaurants continues and never stops.
