Noodz On The Way To Elm Street In Manchester

Well, we just heard about this one and thought you would be interested. Noodz is coming soon to Elm Street in Manchester.

The owners of The Birch On Elm are starting a new venture. Earlier this year, they closed on the space between Castro’s and Bonfire at 968 Elm Street to launch their Noodz concept.

Noodz will be open 7 days a week for lunches through late night. Expect to see Japanese fast food, noodles, and steamed buns served in a casual environment.

They hope to start business operations sometime in September.

NH Reviews likes what they are doing here. Creating something new instead of a chain that would be much easier to develop and build. There is more risk for them but for their customers a much greater reward.

While the construction progresses until completion, you can drop in at The Birch On Elm. They have a lobster roll steamed bun on their summer menu that sounds delightful.
