The Lone Star BBQ Co in Tilton is setting up new digs. They are moving from 303 Laconia Road to 927 Laconia Road. Yes, you heard that right, just down the street.
Lone Star plans to be open for lunch and dinner. Additionally, they are putting together a local beer on tap list. Delivery may be offered.
Their menu is full of BBQ everything. Sandwich options include chopped brisket, pulled pork, and BBQ chicken. Plates are two or three meats, sliced brisket, pulled pork, baby back ribs, sausage or BBQ Chicken. These are served with 2 sides, bread, and a choice of drink. You can also get meat by the pound, extras, side dishes, and kids meals.
The estimated opening time is early August. We wish them success with the final stages of their project and to a successful launch.
Their new space was previously occupied by the out of business Our Family Tree and then Mariner's Cove Restaurant. They will be across from Jay's Marina and are expected to have a large dining room, saloon, a large deck, bar in the back, service all year, and plenty of parking. Three docks are available for anyone who prefers stopping by in a boat.
