They will be in the same space as the old Blu Aqua that went out of business a few years ago. This is at the Village Shoppes at Salzburg Square. Anyone who drives on 101 between Bedford and Milford may be familiar with this small shopping area.
El Arroyo is expected to have an authentic Mexican style menu. They hope to open by the end of August.
This space has not had the best of luck over the years. Many dining establishments have come and gone. Perhaps El Arroyo can attract customers and ultimately success by serving delicious Mexican food.
