Joinery To Open Botanica Restaurant and Gin Bar In Portsmouth

The team behind the Joinery in Newmarket are branching out. They are planning to open a new restaurant in Portsmouth under the name Botanica Restaurant and Gin Bar.

Their current dining establishment has what they call a “field to table” concept with a focus on local farm ingredients and fresh seafood. To the point, their menu is changed often to reflect the best use of foods that are in season.

Would they do something similar with this new venture? There were few details available at this stage of their development process. We can tell you that the timing is expected to be sometime this winter at a location in the west end.
