Le Macaron French Pastries Coming Soon To Windham

There is a French pastry shop on the way in Windham, Le Macaron is coming soon.

The new business is going to become one of the many already open US locations for Le Macaron and the first in New England. There are currently 48 shops with a majority of those in Florida and California and another 7 in the works. The fast-growing company that started in 2009 is trying to bring the macaron to every corner of the country. Their concept has no onsite bakery allowing the franchisee to focus on operational efficiency with fewer employees.

You will find 20 different flavors of macaron on the menu with additional limited time options in season. French gelato and pastries, cakes, candies, coffee, and fine chocolates are also available. Have a special event coming up, they offer catering, party favors, corporate gifts, and macaron towers.

The Windham store is in a new building that is under construction on the corner of Range Road and Indian Rock Road. This is next to the Windham Restaurant at 55 Range Road to give you a sense of their location. The outer structure is complete but all indications are that much more work needs to be done before the shop is going to open.
