The Village Eatery recently opened in Merrimack with very little fanfare. The restaurant apparently started business operations in early November. They replaced Paradise North, the tapas haunt that closed earlier this year.
To start, they are open for breakfast and lunch and may add dinner at some point in the future. In the morning, the menu will include waffles, crepes, pancakes, skillets, Benedicts, and omelets. Midday offers salads, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, appetizers, and kids menu.
Hours are Monday through Saturday from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm. Sunday hours are 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. Their address is 583 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, NH 03054. This is in the Reeds Ferry Village Complex across the street from Shaw’s for anyone who wants to check them out.
