Digging into the menu, bonafide chicken is first up with mild or spicy available. These are made fresh and marinated for 12 hours. Some of their customers prefer boneless and you can pick from spicy, mild or blackened tenders. Sauces are blackened ranch, sweet heat, bayou buffalo, ranch, boldBQ or Mardi Gras mustard. On seafood, the choices are 1/4 pound popcorn shrimp, po’boy, Cajun fish, fish and popcorn shrimp, and butterfly shrimp. Sides include cole slaw, Cajun fries, mashed potatoes, red beans and rice, green beans, biscuits. Cajun rice, corn on the cob, macaroni and cheese, jambalaya, and onion rings. And for dessert, pecan pie, cinnamon apple pie, and Mardi Gras cheesecake are the options along with banana pudding parfait for a limited time only.
