Hot Sauce Store Pepper Palace Opens In Merrimack

It may not be a surprise to those who know me that I'm not much of a shopper.  However, my wife is and I (by default) have become the official bag holder.  So, after a recent visit to the Merrimack Outlets, I noticed a new food-related store that recently opened. 

Located near the small food court is a new store that NH Reviews thought would be of great interest to spicy food fans.  Upon entry, Pepper Palace has row upon row and shelves galore filled with every hot sauce imaginable.  Other products include BBQ sauces, rubs, salsas, stuff for cooking and dipping along with a pantry that has a mishmash of items including-for example-blue cheese olives.  Milder options are available for the faint of heart like me who prefer something less spicy. 

The company had humble beginnings back in 1989, starting as a kiosk at the Central Wisconsin Mall and then branched out with brick and mortar retail shops.  They have been slowly expanding since then and have grown to an estimated 40 locations in the United States and Canada.    

Their business is definitely a specialty niche.  For hot sauce fans, Pepper Palace should be added to your to-do list.
