At this time they are on hold waiting for their liquor license and also need to get their staff in place prior to moving forward with restaurant operations. This should probably take a week or two but the owners are at the mercy of what can be a slow process and everyone has to be patient until the all clear is given. The initial few weeks Kisaki is open will be critical to their success and they need to be ready. Fingers crossed customers should be able to walk through the doors by September 20th.
The menu includes sushi, tempura, noodles, hibachi entrees and lunch specials. Hours will be Monday to Thursday 11:00 am to 9:30 pm, Friday and Saturday, 11:00 am to 10:30 pm and Sunday 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
