KC’s Rib Shack Building New Lounge

For any of you who are KC’s Rib Shack fans, there is some good news. Owner Kevin Cornish has decided to renovate their bar area. Construction is underway and they hope to be finished in early February.

This is on the second floor of their old barn. Details include a new 50-foot horseshoe bar, several 65-inch televisions and a draft beer system that will allow 10 new lines.

The original dining room on the lower level in front is changing from high tops to lower tables. This will make it easier for their customers who had difficulty sitting at high tops and climbing stairs. The lower level will become their secondary dining and function room.

The restaurant has a varied menu that includes BBQ specialties, salads, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, lunch specials, bulk BBQ, sides, kids option and desserts. Catering is also available.  Hours are Sunday to Thursday 11:30 am to 9:00 pm and Friday to Saturday 11:30 to 10:00 pm.
