Greenhouse Is Opening Soon In Manchester

When Cheddar and Rye combined their grilled cheese and whiskey concepts into one space at 8 Hanover Street that left an opportunity for a new idea at their old 889 Elm Street location in Manchester.  Greenhouse is opening soon.

The trend continues with more healthy style restaurants in the Granite State. We just announced Port Organic in Portsmouth was opening and now Greenhouse is next up on the list.

They are going all in with grain bowls, smoothies, and fast breakfast items. For anyone who is vegan, all vegetables, grains, and sauces will be developed in this style. Proteins are prepared in a way so there is no cross-contamination.

Digging into the menu, bowls include South of the Border, Mumbai, Health Nut, Buddha, Dark Horse, Greenhouse, Currier, Georgia, and Succotash. You can add proteins of chicken, salmon, shrimp, bacon, tofu or fried egg. For breakfast, you will find a scramble, oats, yogi, fruit cup, hash, and toasts. Smoothies, juices, and salads will also be available or build your own.

Apparently, the atmosphere is going to include green everywhere and plants galore to fit in with their theme. My mother-in-law would appreciate this because plants may be taking over her house there are so many. For NH Reviews, A brown thumb is the order of the day and my best success embarrassingly is a cactus requiring minimal care.

Greenhouse is going to offer what the public wants, healthy fast food right in downtown Manchester. We should all give them a chance to show us their new concept.
