Over this past weekend, NH Reviews stopped at the Merrimack Outlets to do a quick errand. On our way out, we turned onto Continental Boulevard and something caught my eye. Adjacent to the Dunkin Donuts was new construction happening on the other side of the building. After further investigation, we learned that @Rincha is on the way to Merrimack.
An employee that happened to be working that day shared that a Thai restaurant would be opening in the space. He was pounding nails into the wood on a project that was in the early stages. The construction involves a renovation of the area that is a little over 1,500 square feet to add partitions for a dining area, and restrooms along with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work.
In terms of the menu, in addition to Thai, they are expected to have sushi and boba or what is more commonly known these days as bubble tea.
We see the trend of new restaurants continuing in Merrimack and especially near the Outlets. Our guess is that it is only a matter of time as the town continues to grow.
@Rincha is planning to open at 80 Continental Boulevard, Unit 102. We wish them well.
