The proprietors are planning to open a brewpub at 156 Epping Road. Their focus is on unique small-batch craft beer made in-house that they hope to start brewing soon and have ready when service starts. For fans of limited availability and specialty items, you can find them here.
To give you an idea of what’s to come, here are a few samples in the pipeline with interesting names. Live Free or Rye, their Rye IPA, Little River Stout, Citro Hopportunity, and last but certainly not least, Simco Hopportunity. Personally, the Rye IPA would be my first pick for a taste but they all sound enticing.
The menu is expected to be classic American pub grub and include appetizers, salads, sandwiches, plates, and desserts. Alcohol service offers beer and wine. They will be open for lunch and dinner.
Sawbelly Brewery hopes to start operations in a few months or sometime in the fall of this year. NH Reviews wishes them well as they move forward with their new pub. Please remember that their plans are still under development and subject to change.
