Our take is one of optimism on this new addition to Locals. Specialty cocktails when made right can be extremely profitable for an owner. The mark up is usually high and customers are willing to pay because quality drinks are not easy to find. Having a skilled team of bartenders in place will be critical to their success.
NH Reviews gives credit to the owner for trying something new that will hopefully provide an enjoyable experience for their guests.
